LHH Recruitment Solutions is working on an exciting, UNPOSTED IN-HOUSE OPPORTUNITY with a non-profit organization in NYC. This amazing legal team is searching to fill an ASSOCIATE COUNSEL role.

This CORPORATE GENERALIST ATTORNEY candidate will have 5+ years experience in the following areas:

• Non-profit and/or employee benefits background.
• The review, negotiation and drafting of a variety of contracts, including technology contracts, non-disclosure agreements, investment management agreements, etc.
• Providing legal and compliance support to the various units, such as operation, technology, investments, and fundraising, etc..
• Performing day-to-day business and legal affairs related tasks.
