LHH Recruitment Solutions, formerly known as Parker + Lynch Legal, is assisting a dynamic technology company in NYC in its search for an Associate Corporate Counsel. An ideal candidate will have at least 5-7+ years of healthcare experience. The ACC will be responsible for maintaining compliance with state and federal law, implementing and maintaining a privacy program, negotiating vendor and other agreements, and managing employment and other litigation. Prior in-house experience is required. This is a hybrid position that offers competitive compensation and a generous benefits package.
