Job Summary:
This position is for a commercial in-house counsel generalist. The selected applicant will provide legal support and counsel to multiple business units and entities with a focus on identifying and mitigating legal risks and providing sound advice to corporate entities, with a focus on business transactions and the review and negotiation of various contracts related to supply chain, sales, fleet management, distribution, construction, real estate, and professional services.
