Currently partnered with a top Financial Services Firm in New York, sourcing for an Associate Counsel - In House Generalist who has a background in Retirement Plans. The firm is looking for a Associate with experience in reviewing and negotiating various agreements developing contract management systems. These agreements include NDA's, investment management and technology agreements. The role is generalist as well as you will be advising on legal and compliance issues as they arise.
This position will be second in charge of the Legal Team. Responsibilities:
-Drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts including NDA's investment management and technology
-Advising on legal and compliance issues
-Drafting proposals and requests
-Managing day to day assignments
Experience Required:
-5+ years of experience at a law firm or in house
-Juris Doctor
-Background in retirement plans
