We want to see proof of initiatives demonstrating an innovative 'nontraditional' approach to a brief. If you have a solid understanding of brand partnerships or experiential work, that's a plus. We also want to see conceptual thinking, campaign development, and a high level of craft across all media, including video, film, and social. The work should engage and invoke some sort of emotion. This position will be working in partnership with an ACD/Art Director, so if you currently have an ACD/AD you partner with and want to stay working together as a team, we'd love to have you both!Our client is creating a new model of working that'll redefine pharma advertising. The team will have the unique opportunity to develop campaigns across all of its brands that, for the first time, will be more conceptually aligned with consumer work. So, no pharma experience is necessary. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
