We are seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy who is driven by a passion for storytelling and concepting innovative ideas that captivate audiences.     • Lead the creative process from ideation to execution, crafting compelling copy that drives engagement and achieves client goals
    • Develop high-concept ideas and messaging strategies for a wide range of projects, focusing on healthcare and DTC, while contributing fresh perspectives
    • Collaborate with art directors and cross-functional teams to produce integrated, standout work that resonates with target audiences
    • Infuse storytelling with cultural relevance and insight, delivering copy that goes beyond the ordinary and challenges the status quo
    • Contribute to prestigious creative initiatives with the potential for your work to be recognized in industry submissions and awards
    • Maintain a focus on growing your craft in an environment that values creativity, not the day-to-day management of teams

Qualifications:
    • 10+ years of experience in marketing/advertising business experience preferred
    • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional storytelling, creative innovation, and the ability to develop messaging that cuts through the noise
    • Interest or experience in healthcare and DTC, with the ability to bring a fresh perspective to these sectors even without specific pharma experience
    • Ability to independently lead creative projects, collaborating effectively with art direction and design teams
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate copy concepts and strategies clearly to clients and team members
    • A passion for pushing creative boundaries and delivering copy that makes a meaningful impact
