Help build the LEGO Agency into the most creative, most impactful, and most playful agency in the world! As a ACD / Copywriter you will be part of the Campaign & Concept team, reporting directly to the Senior Creative Director, working closely with Creative Strategy, Design, Communication Strategy, Production, Account and Project Management.

Core Responsibilities
  • Be a creative problem solver, conceptual thinker, narrative builder, storyteller and creative leader.

  • Be a player and coach. Able to lead, manage teams or projects while also get in the weeds to do the work, write and implement, with or without partners, and with minimum handholding.

  • Develop compelling, creative concept and implement it end to end, from scripting, writing, crafting, experimenting, pitching, landing, from beginning to the final execution and everything in between.

  • Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, producers, strategists and other teammates to help develop strategic creative work that delivers on the brief.

  • Proactively observe, investigate, unearth new insights that lead to new business and creative opportunities.

  • Provoke, challenge and bring in fresh perspective and innovative attitudes to look at problem and opportunity space differently.

  • Think human-centric, audience first solutions, beyond the usual paid media.

Do you have what it takes?
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in branding, social media, advertising, creative strategy, storytelling and narrative building.

  • Portfolio of award-winning work that show brand-building big ideas and iconic work that penetrates, influences and shapes culture.

  • Collaborative, team oriented but also ambitious, curious, independent, not afraid to challenge the status quo and comfortable with ambiguity.

  • Comprehensive understanding of social media, platforms, content strategy and how information is consumed and travel across ecosystem in the modern era.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, multi-task across multiple pieces of business and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with and go toe to toe with other internal and external teams, agencies and collaborators.

  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills for effective communication to internal and external partners, internal staff and management.

  • Mature, thoughtful, well-rounded problem solver who can balance pushing for creative excellence while also meeting business objectives.

Additional details for this position
  • This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St, Back Bay, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by the mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages. (Only if your role is in the Boston Hub)

  • The salary for this position has a range of $135,000 - $200,000 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
