GE Appliances, a Haier Company is looking for an Associate Customer Fulfillment Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for business to business (B2B) support by taking inbound calls, processing orders, providing order status and price information, and supporting special ordering processes.
Starting salary: $16.00/hour paid weekly.
This is a 4-week full-time training program, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Commitment to all training days is mandatory; no absences are permitted during this period.
Post-training schedule: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 AM-6:30 PM based on a schedule draw (weekends off).

Responsibilities:
Own the customer experience: Handle inbound calls, expertly guide customers through order placement, provide clear and concise information on product availability, delivery, billing, and financing.
Become a product expert: Research and provide detailed information to customers about our wide range of appliances including product features, specifications, and special ordering processes.
Master our systems: Utilize multiple online platforms to track order status, gather information, and deliver timely responses.
Embrace problem-solving: Actively listen to customer concerns, effectively resolve issues, and ensure a positive and valued experience.
Collaborate with your team: Contribute to a supportive and collaborative environment, working efficiently to meet customer needs and company goals.
Structured Workday : This role requires a structured workday with set hours and scheduled breaks. You'll be consistently engaging with customers and resolving their inquiries within these defined hours.
Time Management : Strong time management skills are crucial for effectively handling customer interactions and meeting deadlines within the prescribed schedule.
Focus and Attention to Detail : Maintaining focus and attention to detail is essential given the extended periods of computer-based tasks and the need to accurately process information and resolve customer inquiries.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED: Proven commitment to education and development.
Strong computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience navigating multiple web-based applications.
Excellent communication skills: Clear and concise verbal communication, with a focus on active listening and understanding customer needs.
Self-motivated and driven: Strong work ethic, excellent attendance record, and the ability to thrive in a remote environment.
Flexibility and adaptability: Willingness to work various shifts, **Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM EST. **
**Preferred: **
Prior customer service experience: At least one year of experience in a phone-based customer service role.
Previous work-from-home experience: Successfully managed a remote work environment.
GE Appliances product knowledge: Familiarity with GE Appliances models and features a plus.
Problem-solver with initiative: Independent and resourceful, with the ability to research, analyze data, and make sound decisions, demonstrating a commitment to resolving customer issues.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills: Effectively collaborates with colleagues and demonstrates professionalism in all interactions.
Comfortable with web-based systems: Proficient with multiple systems for data retrieval and troubleshooting.
Requirements for Remote Work Environment
Dedicated work area that is quiet and spacious enough for equipment (i.e., dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, cords, and an ethernet cord)
A local internet provider and an ethernet connection: no Satellite, Pre-paid, or DSL internet connections allowed due to security issues

Ergonomic Information:
This position requires the employee to wear headphones connected to a computer for 8 hours each day, typically seated at a desk. They will be answering inbound calls and inputting/typing orders into a computer system, so use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse will be extensive.
Employees have a 30-minute lunch break, as well as a 15-minute morning and 15-minute afternoon break. These breaks can be taken in full or broken up into shorter intervals (for example, three 5-minute breaks).
