Job Overview The Associate, Customer Marketing supports organic and paid media acquisition and analytics initiatives. This role support TerraCycle's direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce business segment, and work alongside marketing teammates, and other internal and external partners. The ideal candidates is collaborative, data-driven, and focused on delivering results with strong analytic skills to create and maintain tracking of a diverse set of marketing initiatives, as well as the interpersonal skills and attention to detail to keep projects moving forward. Primary Responsibilities
- Set up and manage performance marketing/paid media campaigns across varied digital channels/platforms, and audience segments.
- Develop and maintain campaign tracking reports and monitor performance daily; make recommendations for improved campaign performance and escalating issues to manager as appropriate.
- Support as the contact for performance marketing agency partners, and traffic new creative assets between internal teams and agency staff.
- Execute customer marketing analytics projects as needed; develop insights and recommend actions based on results.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Excel/Google Sheets experience required; digital and/or social media marketing skills a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to execute multiple projects from inception through completion
