The Dasher & Logistics team is responsible for ensuring every delivery is completed with speed, accuracy, and a positive Consumer, Merchant, and Dasher experience. Dasher & Logistics owns initiatives that touch all parts of the Dasher life cycle ranging from supply & demand, to cost & quality, to Dasher pay, to Dasher retention, to order batching and beyond. We care about metrics like delivery times, cost per order, delivery quality, dasher compensation, and many more!
About the RoleYou will play an integral role in building our business strategy in different areas across the Dasher & Logistics pillar. Your primary goal will vary based on the team you join but will focus on different opportunities to improve and optimize the Dasher experience or delivery quality by getting into the weeds and really understanding what's happening on the ground, developing and testing hypotheses, and scaling that impact through working with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Analytics! You will report directly into a Manager or Senior Manager on the Dasher & Logistics team.
