Typical Duties: - Serves Students. Provides oversight of Liberal Arts programs, ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion across student, faculty, and community engagement.
- Leads curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and program compliance with accreditation standards.
- Collaborates with college departments to promote student success, instructional quality, and data-driven decision-making.
- Manages budgets, faculty appraisals, and strategic initiatives, supporting new programs and industry/university partnerships.
- Coordinates accreditation, professional development, and continuous improvement efforts across all campuses.
- Support and participate in strategic planning initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: - Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution
- Three years of progressive experience in a higher education environment, combining academic program oversight and administration, or the equivalent as determined by the college
- Five years of teaching experience at the college level, with curricula and course schedule development experience
Salary: $78,000 - $82,560 per year, depending on experience.
