Associate Dentist

About the Practice: Our client's practice is a modern, state-of-the-art facility designed to provide top-tier dental care. With the recent addition of the Vatech CBCT Green X, you will have access to advanced digital x-ray imaging, ensuring that your work is supported by the latest technology.

Location: St. Claire Shores, MI (and surrounding areas)

Compensation:
  • $150K base with bonus potential.
  • CE stipend, malpractice insurance, 401K.
Qualifications:
  • DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA-accredited dental school.
  • Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in General Dentistry.
  • Current Michigan Dental License and DEA License.
  • CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications.
  • Strong understanding of dental standards and up-to-date knowledge of dental medicine trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in clinical or private practice preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Every other Friday: 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM
Paid Holidays:
  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
Vacation Days:
  • 10 Business days per year, earned based on tenure.
Health Insurance:
  • Available, with 50% of costs covered by the employer.
Dental Insurance:
  • After 3 months of employment:
    • Complimentary exams, x-rays, cleanings, and fillings performed by the practice.
    • Doctor/hygienist-performed work at no charge, except for any lab fees.
    • Family members receive a 30% discount, while parents receive a 15% discount.
Additional Benefits:
  • Option to participate in the 401(k) program.
Required Job Skills:
  • DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school.
  • Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in General Dentistry.
  • Current Michigan Dental License and DEA License.
  • Post-graduate clinical experience is ideal but not mandatory.
Preferred Software Skills:
  • Familiarity with Word, Excel, or equivalent.
  • Experience with EagleSoft dental management software is helpful but not required.
Certifications/Trainings Requirement:
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in General Dentistry.
