The Associate Director will be responsible for developing and overseeing the strategy and execution of engagement and support for Academic Medical Centers in the education of orthopaedic residents and fellows across the MedTech product portfolio.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop strategic plans and identify associated tactics to integrate new product and technology solutions into resident/fellow educational programs.Assist WW Director in creation of value prop messaging for Academic Medical Centers.Work with specialty societies in support of their resident and fellow curriculum.Proactively communicate with field sales and associated teams to ensure training programs are effective.Prepare reports and communication strategy for internal and external stakeholders.Maintain familiarity with competing vendors' activities and treatment trends.Evaluate and recommend new training methods or technologies.Collaborate with MedTech Professional Education platform leads.Utilize data to track results and define solutions.Assist WW Director in communicating our Resident and Fellows strategy to platform leadership.Qualifications:A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, Master's Degree preferred.Minimum of 5-8 years in healthcare or medical device roles.Proven ability to lead across cross-functional teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Leadership, ownership, self-motivation, and drive to deliver results.Comfortable working in cadaveric lab settings.Travel up to 40%.Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
