Business Process Improvement:Drive efficiency of business by executing a comprehensive evaluation of existing business processes. Mapping out potential future state solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and machine leaning to drive business decisions. Work within the greater external innovation ecosystem to develop a broad understanding of partnering and investment models employed at Lilly. Seeking to align processes where appropriate to drive capacity and efficiency of the team. Aligned with owners of IT initiatives across the company to ensure a robust roadmap of data, processes and resources to enable growth for the business development team.
