We believe in helping people be their best and are seeking to bring together a diverse group of individuals with different viewpoints and skill sets to be a part of a productive and inclusive team.This role is responsible for leading capital planning and management at Lantheus and will lead the monthly capital allocation process to ensure that Lantheus' capital is deployed effectively and transparently to drive the company's corporate strategy and to support ongoing operations across the company. This role will develop and maintain a forward- looking capital plan, develop annual capital budgets and quarterly reforecasts, maintain a set of capital guidelines and procedures, establish, and publish ongoing capital portfolio status reports, and develop and deploy the required capital planning tools to support both the allocation business process and capital portfolio reporting. Additionally, this role will support monthly capex accruals, forecasts and reporting. This role will communicate and interact up, down, and across the organization to ensure that the capital business process (people, process, systems) runs smoothly.Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions* Run the capital allocation business process. Chair monthly meetings with senior leaders, establish agendas, work with project sponsors to develop credible project requests, issue meeting minutes and financial snapshots that track capital allocation status as projects are approved.* Develop and maintain a 5-year capital plan and work with VP and C-level leaders within Lantheus to support and predict capital impact on various strategic scenarios* With assistance from the Program Management Office, develop the annual capital budget based on strategic and tactical needs while maintaining a capital plan that supports the company's free cash flow annual targets.* Use capital initiation, planning and tracking tools to establish capital projects in accordance with Lantheus' Fixed Asset procedures.* Work with project managers to develop and publish a revised capital cash spend forecast at end of Q1, Q2 and Q3. This will require close work with key Project Engineering and IT project managers to ensure that revisions to plan are captured in a timely and accurate manner* Assist other project managers and project engineers with project account set-up, procurement support via ERP, commitment tracking, invoice/cash-flow tracking and reporting, and project financial close-out. Review all applications for payments for accuracy and review with Project Managers. Review, approve and submit project close-out forms to Finance-Fixed assets.* Support the tracking and auditing of our Fixed Asset register, including capital project write-offs. Lead the annual fixed asset inventory process to ensure assets are accounted for in accordance with current procedures.* Along with Finance, develop and publish monthly and ad-hoc project financial status reports on approved projects.* Provide budgeting and accrual support for the Engineering functions on both a monthly and quarterly basis.Basic Qualifications* BS degree in engineering or finance is preferred* Strong understanding of project financial accounting, operations cost accounting and capital cost accounting* Familiarity in pharmaceutical equipment, utilities systems, facilities engineering, real estate, and IT-related projects preferred. Basic understanding of building and equipment automation capabilities and industry best practices.* Project and program management experience in a regulated (GMP) industry including the ability to develop, track and report out on project performance metrics.* Deep working knowledge of MS Excel spreadsheet and Excel-based reporting. Demonstrated ability to develop presentations in MS PowerPoint to convey financial results and strategic impact.* Experience with enterprise-level ERP (SAP) is desirable.* Excellent oral & written communication skills. Demonstrated experience in presenting to senior business leaders.* Ability to navigate through an organization to drive decision making, seek input, and gain alignment.* Travel 5-10 percent.Other Requirements* 7-10 years relevant industry experience* This individual should be a self-starter with strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational and technical skills, with the capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
