Associate Director, Clinical Bio-Sample and Supply Operations 2055580Location:Cambridge MA (Hybrid)Therapeutic Area:Rare DiseaseJob Overview:This role focuses on enhancing lab vendor partnerships, streamlining departmental collaboration, optimizing clinical SOPs, managing bio-samples, and supervising vendor services for study efficiency.Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and enhance partnerships with laboratory and supply vendors for optimized clinical operations.
- Drive the creation and adoption of SOPs and training for effective bio-sample and supply management.
- Develop robust management plans for bio-sample logistics and regulatory compliance.
- Manage bio-sample lifecycle and act as the key point of contact for laboratory vendors and CROs.
Primary Job Requirements:
- Advanced degree with 8+ years in a related field.
- Expertise in regulated environments (GCP, GLP, CLIA) and bio-sample regulations.
- Solid background in drug development, clinical trial management, and sample logistics.
- Strong organizational, communication skills; proactive, team-driven problem-solving ability.
