Associate Director, Corporate FundraisingJob no: 492491 Work type: Permanent full time Location: New York Categories: Fundraising and PartnershipsAbout the roleIn this role, you'll be responsible for growing corporate revenue and driving year-round revenue for Movember within your market. The role will be allocated and expected to deliver an assigned revenue target, while driving strategy and managing a high performing team.The role will focus on:Developing and implementing a year-round approach to revenue and strategic goals.Growing and closing corporate agreements through strategic prospecting, portfolio composition, moves management, metrics, and engagement strategies.Developing and implementing a comprehensive year-round retention and acquisition strategy for our corporate audiencesDeveloping and managing a portfolio of high value partners worth over $6MDeveloping and managing a robust pipeline of high value commercial prospectsCollaborating with the partnerships team to understand corporate partner needs and pursue opportunitiesWorking collaboratively with other Movember Fundraising teams in key markets, as well as with other Movember functions locally and globally (marketing and programs in particular)You'll have the opportunity toCollaborate with the Fundraising Director to lead and optimize corporate growth initiatives aligned with strategy for the US marketDevelop a specific fundraising strategy for high value stakeholders, to deliver long-term mutually beneficial relationshipsAchieve revenue targets set as part of the annual planning processLead by example by recording all points of contact, information and interactions with prospects in SalesforceAccount manage a portfolio of high-value corporate partners, ensuring excellent stewardship, relationship building and long-term growthDevelop and deliver a holistic long-term fundraising growth plan for partners to achieve financial targets and increase valuePrepare presentations, proposals, plans, contact reports as necessaryManage a growing and fruitful pipeline of corporate opportunities and support your team in the development of their pipelinesBuild multi-faceted relationships driven by commercial co-ventures; co-produced marketing campaigns; programmatic investments, corporate foundation grants, internal fundraising, executive and employee engagementAttend events and conferences to represent Movember and identify pipeline opportunitiesManaging a High Performing Team Assign clear accountabilities to ensure delivery of the fundraising objectives and revenue targetsBuild and manage a culturally aligned team and support their individual and team achievements (revenue targets and other key metrics)Ensure all team members receive regular support and coaching.
