Job Description:
The Associate Director, E Commerce will participate in the preparation, development and execution of digital strategy to achieve sales goals for own label and branded products through the implementation and optimization of various web-based channels. This role will define KPIs and deliver analytics that drive growth and strategy development to increase traffic and maximize returns though our external partnerships. Duties and responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall management of the E-comm Business including but not limited to preparation of Annual Budgets, Monthly forecasts, Achieving Sales Targets, Inventory Management, Accounts Receivables etc.
  • Extensive Knowledge of 1P and 3P relationship with Amazon
  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team supporting the e-commerce strategy
  • Develop KPIs and manage all aspects of web analytics related to e-commerce programs and communicate relevant information to team members, outside agencies, executive leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Analyze and monitor the KPIs including revenue, conversion rates, average order value, customer lifetime value, net profit, customer acquisition cost, returns on Ad spend, shopping cart abandonment rate and others
  • Responsible and Hands-on Experience for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the e-commerce business including business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, brand design, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies
  • Generate and implement new sales and dynamic marketing initiatives to increase e-commerce revenue and profitability
  • Participate in the planning and ongoing management of budgets to ensure KPIs are achieved
  • Collaborate with technology team and marketing teams to ensure that we have the technical capability to deliver, measure and optimize the success of e-commerce marketing campaigns
  • Manage the user experience of the product and website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns ensuring consistent messages and recommend opportunities for optimization and engagement
  • Ensure online compliance with governmental agencies
  • Ensure proper utilization of intellectual property across e-commerce channel
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing major (quantitative, test-driven field or equivalent experience)
  • 8-10 years of e-commerce experience
  • 3-5 years' experience managing a team
  • Solid understanding of applicable KPIs along with the tools needed to measure and analyze campaign performance
  • Proven success in managing accounts and data analytics to drive revenue and brand growth
In-depth experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Strong self-organization and time management skills
  • Experience working with Amazon, Walmart, E-Bay, Shopify and other major e-commerce companies
