Associate Director - Facilities Management Ref: 31135 New York
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director of Facilities Management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities and ensuring that all buildings and grounds are well-maintained and in compliance with regulations. You will also be responsible for managing a team of facilities staff, overseeing budgets and implementing efficient processes and procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
Main Responsibilities
Effectively manage the Macro team and Supply Chain Partners to ensure that exemplary Property and Facilities Management services are provided to the client and client staff.
Manage resources and promote an ethos of teamwork and to instil a culture of continuous improvement.
Offer support and guidance to ensure that workflow is delivered effectively and to develop the team so that they achieve their full potential.
Lead the team to achieve a best-in-class service delivery model for the client, ensure team and support chain partners are managed and motivated to improve service delivery and bring innovations to the workplace.
Develop a relationship built on trust with the client in addition to contributing to the development and success of Macro by supporting the management team through business development and operational activities.
