Campus Main Campus, Utica NY Date Position Available 09/16/2024 Posted Salary $70,000 FLSA Status Exempt Benefits Eligible Yes If yes, please select: All Benefits Position Summary Information Position Summary Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and in coordination with the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management, the Associate Director for Enrollment Technology is responsible for leading all technological aspects of the recruitment and enrollment process. Primary among those is the leveraging of Slate for Admissions to deliver efficient solutions that facilitate business operations throughout the Enrollment Management division. Utica University understands the importance of fully leveraging the impact of its technology investment. In addition to the support of a six-member operations team, the IITS division includes two FTE dedicated to support of the University CRM, Slate by Technolutions. - Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the CRM system to ensure optimal functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
- Ensure that the CRM is customized and enhanced to meet the evolving needs of the University, including system integrations, workflow automation, and user interface enhancements.
- Lead efforts to innovate and optimize CRM processes, workflows, and systems to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and student experience and generate reports, dashboards, portals, and actionable insights to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives across the University
- Provide training, guidance, and support to campus users to maximize the utilization of CRM tools and resources for effective engagement and communication
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in CRM and higher education enrollment management.
- Apply policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure consistent administration and compliance
- Build tools, queries and solutions for EM, admission processes and campus partners
- Develop admissions funnel reporting for undergraduate, graduate and external enrollments.
- Support quality control efforts for admissions processes and communication
- Establish a deep understanding of existing admission processes and procedures with an emphasis on performance improvements via the Slate system.
- Serve as primary point of contact for Slate in the Admissions area and liaison with IT Slate support.
- Support assessment of admissions via Slate generated reports and queries when necessary.
