Purpose of Position

The Associate Director will develop, manage, and implement strategic plans for the recruitment of undergraduate students. This position will oversee on and off campus recruitment and yield events, new student orientation, and the creation and maintenance of strategic partnerships including professional organizations, community-based organizations, etc.

Primary Responsibilities

* Develop, manage and implement a strategic plan for the recruitment of undergraduate students to attract academically qualified and culturally, ethnically, economically, geographically, and socially diverse learners

* Manage Welcome Center and Admissions event staff to oversee all on campus and off campus recruitment programs and new student orientation

* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with school counselors, professional organizations, community based organizations, and others to enhance NKU brand awareness and create new recruitment markets.

* Create and oversee events and orientation budgets. Manage assigned recruitment territory

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and two years of experience required.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk throughout campus.

Driver's license and dependable vehicle required.

Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree Minimum Experience 2 years Salary Minimum $50,739 Pay Grade S72
