Salary range: $56,210.00 (minimum) - $80,105.00 (midpoint). Normal work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university. DutiesDuties include, but are not limited to: Configures and modifies software systems, implements innovations and upgrades, extrapolates data, and develops multifaceted reporting functions. Manages projects and processes of varying levels of complexity, confirming successful exchange of information, milestones, deliverables, operating procedures, follow-up, and completion. Supervises Housing Assignment Services staff and educates personnel on software utilization. Collaborates with stakeholders and provides instruction relative to housing processes. Manages critical resources and maintains interactive platforms including website, portals, and social media. Qualifications
- Required: Master's Degree and at least three (3) years' experience utilizing housing software.
- Preferred: Three (3) years' experience utilizing StarRez housing software.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of housing assignment services and best practices. Ability to configure and modify housing software systems. Ability to make data-informed decisions and maintain effective working relationships. Must be able to effectively communicate, written and oral, with variety of stakeholders. Must be able to use logic and critical thinking to manage complex data systems. Must be able to learn, remember, and problem-solve. Must adapt well to deadlines, challenges, difficult conversations, and competing priorities.
