Job Description:

PATCH is seeking an individual to be responsible for the supervision of the PATCH management team in meeting the organization's strategic and programmatic goals under all contracts, grants, etc. The position will also identify, develop, and maintain programmatic opportunities that advance PATCH's mission and enhance its strategic and funding goals.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field, required.
  • Five (5) years of supervisory experience and three (3) years of administrative experience, required.
  • Experience working directly with other nonprofits and government agencies, such as the Department of Human Services, Department of Education, and/or the University of Hawaii, regarding policy development and contractual compliance.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

    • Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 annual salary range
