Duties and ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Senior Associate Director of GPEM Recruitment, the Associate Director of GPEM is responsible for meeting or exceeding annual enrollment goals by leading a recruitment team to engage and support prospective graduate and continuing education students in all phases of the recruitment process.
Bachelor's degree in related field and at least five years of related admissions experience.
QualificationsBachelor's degree and five to eight years work experience in higher education, marketing or sales. Masters degree preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. At least three years job knowledge and experience in the college admission profession or similar field. Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
