What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead and develop the maintenance and reliability strategies across the manufacturing site, which consists of two plants.
  • Implement and oversee predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance operations and equipment reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing efficiency and safety.
  • Manage and mentor a 100+ employee maintenance staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Oversee the budget and resources for the maintenance department.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.

What You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Food/Beverage Manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance practices.
  • Familiarity with TPM, RCM, FMEA, and RCA with a proven track record of improving maintenance reliability and efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
  • Working knowledge of Safety Standards, GMPs, and sanitary design for equipment specifications, installations, and/or modifications.
  • Computer proficiency and knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), as well as other software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent project management, project scoping, estimating, and scheduling skills.
  • Understanding of the ability to utilize and ability to teach appropriate continuous improvement tools to deliver sustainable results. Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and motivate others.
