What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead and develop the maintenance and reliability strategies across the manufacturing site, which consists of two plants.
- Implement and oversee predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance operations and equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing efficiency and safety.
- Manage and mentor a 100+ employee maintenance staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Oversee the budget and resources for the maintenance department.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
What You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Food/Beverage Manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with TPM, RCM, FMEA, and RCA with a proven track record of improving maintenance reliability and efficiency.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
- Working knowledge of Safety Standards, GMPs, and sanitary design for equipment specifications, installations, and/or modifications.
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), as well as other software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project).
- Excellent project management, project scoping, estimating, and scheduling skills.
- Understanding of the ability to utilize and ability to teach appropriate continuous improvement tools to deliver sustainable results. Six Sigma certification preferred.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and motivate others.
