The Opportunity Lesley University is seeking an
Associate Director of Enrollment Operations and Communications. Reporting to the AVP of Enrollment Management and collaborating with the VP of Enrollment, the Associate Director plays an integral part in Lesley's Enrollment Initiatives division. The Associate Director will leverage CRM systems and web-based applications to support recruitment activities, collaborating closely with Admissions, Marketing, EAS, and Web Services teams. They will streamline procedures, provide technical support, and enhance marketing capabilities. Responsibilities include building e-communication workflows for recruitment teams, reporting on e-communication metrics for events, managing recruitment event registration and prospective communication plans, and deploying enrollment management SMS broadcasts. Additionally, they will participate in inquiry data management and technology troubleshooting, assist with automation of processes and dashboards, serve as Web Content Editor for the Enrollment Division, and support processing applications and credentials during peak recruitment seasons. Furthermore, the Associate Director will participate in Enrollment Management strategy meetings, strengthen interdepartmental communication, and foster positive relationships across various university departments.
Qualities and CapabilitiesA successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree (required); Master's (preferred)
- Direct experience in admissions or with recruitment systems and processes
- Experience with integrated technologies in a higher education setting, particularly with a CRM (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a strong systems orientation
- Superior written and oral communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both non-technical users and highly technical staff
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
