Job Description:

McKinsey & Company is a premier global management consulting firm and trusted adviser on strategy, organization, operations and information technology to the world's leading businesses, governments and institutions. Serving 90% of the 100 largest global companies, McKinsey is a global firm, with over 130 offices in 65 countries, linked by closely-knit industry and functional practices that concentrate on knowledge and expertise.

Since 2018, we have invested nearly $1 billion to upgrade our internal risk, legal, and compliance capabilities as part of our ambition to lead our industry-and we have recruited some of the world's best talent to help. Among other enhancements, we introduced an industry-leading client service framework (CITIO), which helps us vet each new client and guides our approach to engagements. Our commitment extends to our suppliers and internal systems, where we have improved cybersecurity controls, data and document retention, and process management. Annually, our colleagues participate in a rigorous Professional Standards and Risk training program.

You will be part of McKinsey's Ethics and Compliance (E&C) function, whose mission is to manage risks to the firm, our clients, and our people, while also enabling McKinsey's client impact and innovation. The E&C function is a globally integrated team within the second line of defense of the firm. You will work in the Ethics pillar, which is responsible for instilling trust by amplifying integrity and effectively managing concerns.

You will report to the Director of Allegations Management and will be based in North America.

In this role, you will develop and implement strategic and operational initiatives to deliver our Allegations Management Program, specifically managing the intake/ triage of allegations and case management. To accomplish this, you will partner with functions such as Legal and Client Service Risk to develop data-led insights, identify remediation steps and provide fit-for-purpose recommendations to senior leaders on allegations-related issues. You will regularly produce and distribute comprehensive reports for internal and external audiences on compliance matters linked to allegations management.

To support the Allegations Management program, you will develop and implement data, technology and tooling capabilities to ensure optimal data quality, appropriate use of analytics and use of a unified set of reporting systems and tools.

You will also drive recommendations to changes in the firm policies, procedures and practices, including trainings and communications, based on insights from data and external sources.

Additionally, you will own the oversight of suppliers and/or third-party partners associated with the program.

Collaboration is a key aspect of this role. You will collaborate with a cross-functional and senior stakeholder group (e.g., Legal, Risk) across the firm in a timely and efficient manner.

You will lead a high-impact team to deliver against the above priorities, supporting their growth and development needs through processes such as review, recruitment, and coaching.

Finally, you will play a critical role in sustaining and evolving our E&C program and upholding our commitment to integrity and lawful practices.
