Duties and ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Assistant Vice President (AVP), the Associate Director of Financial Aid will be a key member of the leadership team providing oversight of customer service and training support to the entire financial aid team. This particular role may directly manage up to five FTEs including one Sr. Assistant Director and three Assistant Directors. This role will work in direct support of the AVP and the Director of Financial Aid Operations and Reporting to ensure the Financial Aid Office remains in compliance with both state, HEA, and Title IV regulations. This position will lead office trainings and help ensure institutional policies are being met, are in place, and are updated on an annual basis. This position will also support the AVP with audit support and review.
Minimum Education and/or Work ExperienceBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent; or four to seven years related experience and/or training. A solid knowledge of federal and state regulations is essential.
