William Woods University is seeking an Associate Director of Global Enrollment responsible for recruitment for WWU Global Undergrad, Graduate, and Doctorate programs. Along with recruitment efforts, the Associate Director of Global Enrollment has primary oversight over a unit dedicated to aspects of the Global admissions and enrollment process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring application generation and conversion across the unit to meet enrollment goals by leveraging enrollment management knowledge and technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learner and graduate recruitment and a proven track record of success in admissions and recruitment.This is a full-time position, eligible for usual and customary benefits. William Woods University is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and provide programmatic, operational, and administrative leadership to maximize graduate and adult learner enrollment at William Woods University.Lead and nurture the Global Admissions team, including remote staff.Develop processes, reports, and other practices to create accountability within the Global Admissions team.Develop and lead Global Admissions staff to key performance indicators such as various conversion rates, application generation, melt rate, etc.Develop, implement, and report outcomes of the recruitment and assessment plan.Provide consistent and timely coaching, feedback, and professional development strategies.Maintain reports to track all associated activities and goals and utilize the university CRM system. Responsible for meeting individual targeted new student enrollment goals and assisting in accomplishing the overall department goals.Facilitate the process required for financial aid applications.Manage the process for decision-making related to prospective students' entry into William Woods University, including evaluation of prospective student transcripts and assessment of transferable hours.Assist faculty program directors to effectively engage with prospective students.Apply and utilize new knowledge and skills gained from learning into daily work assignments to improve individual productivity.Conduct aggressive, highly-personalized outreach to prospective graduate and adult learners using various platforms to meet strategic enrollment goals.Implement timely and effective lead follow-up among Global staff to prospective students, following lead base management strategies.Execute and assess recruiting events conducted by Global Admissions Staff members, including information sessions virtually or in person if applicable.Execute a comprehensive and data-driven recruitment strategy to maximize the enrollment of graduate and adult learners at William Woods University.Research new opportunities and assist in developing innovative strategies to enhance enrollment.Ensure that applications and corresponding student records in both CRM and the Jenzabar Student Information System are complete and accurate.Work collegially with all areas of Enrollment Management, William Woods University Global, Financial Services, and other support services to ensure effective student onboarding at the point of enrollment and matriculation.Develop and implement procedures and operating processes that comply with federal, state, and University policies and regulations.Participate in Global leadership, staff meetings, and retreats.Attend meetings and serve on committees to participate in University-wide enrollment and student success planning and strategizing.Work cooperatively with other University staff to build and nurture working relationships.Comply with all FERPA-related laws, regulations, and procedures.Perform other job-related duties as assigned or appropriate.Position Requirements:Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field in higher education.Strong understanding of the admissions process for online Undergrad, Graduate, and Doctorate programs.Proven track record of success in meeting enrollment goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Knowledge of methods and procedures in collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, preferably Jenzabar and JRM (Salesforce).Prior experience leading a remote/geographically dispersed team and coordinating recruitment in various territories.Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion.A valid Driver's license and driving record acceptable to the University.Work Schedule:This is a full-time, exempt position requiring 40+ hours per week with some travel required.
