Job Type Full-time Description The Associate Director of Residential Admissions will work in collaboration with the Director of Residential Programs to develop and execute a recruitment and admissions strategy to build each year's cohort of qualified students for Westminster's Residential Programs. The Associate Director will work with prospective students, persuasively communicating Westminster's mission and core theological distinctives, while helping them navigate the logistics of matriculation. The Associate Director will also play a crucial role in delivering administrative excellence, developing and improving Admissions processes, analyzing Admissions data to improve performance, managing the Residential Admissions budget, and coordinating with faculty, staff, and administration to achieve Admissions goals. Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment and admissions strategy for all Residential Programs (the MDiv Pastoral Fellows, MDiv General Ministries, MAR, ThM, PhD, and DMin programs) to meet new student enrollment goals.
- Develop and assess statistical data and reports to recommend improvement in recruitment strategies.
- Plan and manage the Residential Admissions department budget
- Develop Admissions processes and procedures
- Ensure Admissions data integrity
- Communicate with prospective students about Westminster's programs and their personal aims for Seminary education
- Coordinate and conduct campus visits and tours
- Plan and attend recruiting events such as the PCA General Assembly, The Gospel Coalition Conference, college recruiting events, etc.
- Coordinate faculty involvement in recruiting activities
- Manage communication to applicants
- Manage office inventory
- Review applications and make admission recommendations and/or decisions
- Oversee one or more Residential admissions counselors
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure exceptional service to prospective students from first contact through matriculation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Masters degree or higher from Westminster Theological Seminary preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM management tools and software; experience with Salesforce preferred
- Familiarity with the higher-education industry
- Thorough knowledge and appreciation of Westminster's mission and theological distinctives
