or * Develops and manages comprehensive inventory of naming and recognition opportunities across Mount Sinai; envisions, executes, and maintains related materials for internal and donor audiences

* Tracks campaign funding and naming opportunities, as well as current and future capital projects; partners with Senior Director and Director to identify areas of collaboration with gift officers in order to engage donors and advance campaign goals

* Provides proactive, strategic, and high-level support to Senior Director related to Trustee relations, including monitoring engagement and solicitation progress, anticipating potential needs, drafting gift agreements, executing tasks related to Trustee committees, and coordinating with CDOs executive assistant and Liaison and Secretary to the Boards of Trustees

* Creates presentations, briefings, and other materials for Trustee meetings; collaborates with Communications team to produce and enhance materials

* Bachelors degree; advanced degree or education a plus

* 5-6 years experience in development.

* Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint) intermediate to advanced

* Raisers Edge or other fundraising database basic to intermediate

* Adobe Photoshop or other design programs desirable

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Superlative project management and organizational abilities, including strong attention to detail

* Strategic and creative thinker

* Self-starter with a proactive mindset, commitment to collaboration, and can-do attitude

* Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

* Understanding of major gifts fundraising principles and practices, ideally within an academic medical center or similarly complex institution

* Strong interpersonal skills, including sensitivity and tact

* Ability to work independently and as a team

* Ability to honor confidentiality

* Knowledge of or interest in health care, medicine, and science preferred
