Associate Director Paid SearchGlobal Independent AgencyU$115,000 to $135,000 a year + Full BenefitsHYBRID IN NYC - 2x a week in office

Responsibilities:

- Manage end to end paid search campaigns for designated clients.- Lead campaign briefs and craft strategy based on clients goals.- Oversee spend and properly allocate budget, provide insightful recommendations.- Analyze performance and optimize accordingly.- Communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders on a daily basis via meetings and reports.- Manage 2 to 3 reports.

Requirements:

- 6 years minimum experience running paid search campaigns, B2B experience is a must.- 1 year experience with managing a team with strong leadership skills.- Strong Analytical and communication skills working with large accounts and large budgets.- Excellent attention to details.- Paid social and programmatic experience is a plus.- Proficient in several search and bid management platforms.- Must live and be authorized to work in the US.
