Role Summary & Impact:

The Associate Director - Social, Performance Marketing plays a pivotal role in supporting paid social performance marketing efforts for the agency's clients. This role is accountable for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms to meet client goals and KPIs. The Associate Director will analyze campaign performance, provide actionable recommendations, and drive innovation in campaign strategies and execution.

This individual will work across leading paid social marketing platforms, including Meta Business, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and others, to build and execute strategic digital initiatives. They will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendor partners to maximize campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities, and deliver best-in-class solutions.

The Associate Director will also contribute to the agency's broader success by communicating campaign results, presenting strategic recommendations, and ensuring the highest quality in campaign delivery. With a focus on achieving impactful results and fostering internal and external collaboration, this role is instrumental in advancing the agency's performance marketing initiatives.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work across paid social marketing management platforms
  • Specifically: Meta Business, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and others
  • Plan and build digital strategic initiatives within above platforms
  • Verify and execute campaigns (including paid social accounts, analytics, etc.)
  • Monitor campaigns and ensure metrics are tracking properly, including pacing and budget adjustments
  • Communicate out on results and recommendations across teams to improve campaigns
  • Directly communicate with clients on campaign performance, opportunities, and strategiv initiatives
  • Work with internal team to optimize budgets and maximize digital campaign effectiveness through A-B testing, innovative executions, etc.
  • Assist in developing and building presentation decks for client meetings
  • Work with vendor partners (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.) to optimize campaigns and bring forward best-in-class campaign solutions

CORE COMPETENCIES:

  • 5 years of social campaign stewardship necessary
  • Ability and comfort to effectively present information in a one-on-one and/or group setting within the organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to read, comprehend and write instructions, short correspondence and memos.
