+ **Associate Director, Scientific Information** **Base: $175,000 - $210,000** **Bonus: 20%** **Location: Remote** One of my long-term clients is looking to add an experienced scientific communications professional with an AI component to their team. The role is open due to an internal promotion and will have 2 - 3 direct reports. They offer a remote work environment, a great culture, and a strong track record of career advancement. **Responsibilities:**
+ Manage the receiving and responding to scientific/medical inquiries process for Scientific Information NA Rest of the World (SI NA ROW)
+ Preparing and reviewing customer responses
+ Review and close Parent Record for Product Quality Complaints
+ Play an instrumental role in the creating of the innovative AI systems
+ Problem-solving by managing innovative AI products.
+ Review and updating Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
+ Managing outside vendors and contractors
+ Managing Scientific Information budget **Requirements:**
+ 4yr degree in health sciences. Master's degree is a plus.
+ Knowledge of Federal Regulations pertaining to dissemination of medical information and processing product complaints.
+ Hands on experience with AI and learning concepts.
+ Assist in the development of Generative AI models with knowledge of scientific information engagement
