The Value & Evidence Scientific Engagement (V&ESE) organization, within SA engages with Population Health Decision Makers (PHDM) across the product lifecycle to share clinical and economic information about approved and investigational drug therapies, address potential impact on formulary and coverage decisions, treatment paradigms, and budgets, and enhance understanding of the value of innovation, health equity implications, and market dynamics.

Create resources and shape strategies:
Drive and lead the timely development and approval of PHDM-centric resources supporting the Oncology Therapeutic Area. Examples include: Evidence and Access Decks (EADs), pipeline decks, economic decks, and other proactive and reactive resources.
Build communication resources per FDA guidance, regulations, and J&J SOPs e nsur ing references are accurate and securing copyright approvals
Determine resource content, source and story flow based on PHDM needs and facilitate alignment across multiple partners to deliver an impactful communication resource
Adeptly navigate Copy Approval Committee concept review, submission, and approval processes
Shape communication strategies by ensuring insights/voice-of-customer and new data are considered throughout the development and maintenance of customer-facing materials
Collaborate regularly across Scientific Affairs, Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Medical Affairs, Research & Development, Commercial to ensure communication materials are accurate, effective, and consistent to medical strategy
