Responsibilities include governance management to relationships of Third-Party Drug Manufacturers, Device, Excipient Raw Materials, and related Services for commercial and early-stage development operations. The position interacts with internal and external personnel and cross-functional stakeholders across disciplines of Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Legal, Procurement and Finance. The position also will be the Technical Operations subject matter expert for the sourcing management process from category strategy through contract award.ResponsibilitiesJob ResponsibilitiesLead supplier selection sourcing projects focused on pharmaceutical ingredient and contract manufacturing organizationsAbility to build relationships and earn trust of existing and potential suppliersNegotiate complex contract terms and conditionsEstablish and coordinate project management plans and task execution related to supplier agreementsLead cross-functional business review sessions to optimize performance with supplier network partnersPrepare analysis on supply base in compliance with Supply Agreements, aligned with business requirementsDevelop presentation content, coordinate drafting of reports, and edit documents for preparation of business development activitiesPrepare metrics for dashboards and monitor supplier performance along with managing action plans to improve metricsMonitoring supplier relationship performance, and establishing key metrics to assess the health of relationshipsContract management stewardship from inception, execution, implementation, monitoring, and improvementEnsure suppliers are in compliance with Supply Agreements, aligned with business requirements, and agreements are effective and current.Position RequirementsBachelor's Degree required, concentration in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline preferredMasters Degree is a plusFive (5) years' experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry preferredMinimum of seven (7) years of hands-on experience in any of sourcing, procurement, supply chain relationship management process are highly desirableCritical reasoning skillsBusiness acumen with attention to detailDemonstrated knowledge of technical operations processes and the ability to assess third-party capabilities.Demonstrated knowledge of Sourcing Management and Supply Chain concepts and practicesPro-active, independent, self-starter personalityCollaborative skills in an entrepreneurial, growth organizationExecutes tasks timely and to established scheduleAbility to interact and effectively communicate to all levels of an organizationTravel Requirements15%: 10% domestic and 5% internationalSalary Range$139,000 - $195,200 a yearCompensation & BenefitsWe're committed to investing in every team member's total well-being, now and in the future.
