As Associate Director, Transformation for Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) North America, you will serve as a Transformation Leader spearheading cross-functional teams across the Kimberly-Clark North America (NA) segment for both professional and consumer initiatives. This role is pivotal in redesigning core products, processes, packaging, and supply chain to deliver superior customer and business propositions to competition. Additionally, you'll serve as the Kimberly-Clark Professional NA lead for integrated margin management (IMM) and other transformational programs. As the Associate Director, Transformation you'll influence multi-functional leaders across the NA segment up to senior Executive leadership, and report to the VP of Hand Hygiene & Tissue.

In this role, you will:

  • Strategic Development: Develop strategic KCP business potential through thorough diagnostics to deliver a cost and innovation glidepath that reduces the Total Delivered Cost (TDC) on KCP categories while ensuring quality and service excellence.

  • Leadership of Workstreams: Lead multiple workstreams focused on Consumer Winning Insights & Proposition, Product, Process & Materials Design, Reinventing Supply Chain Capabilities, and IMM.

  • Actionable Strategies: Translate learning plans into actionable R&D and supply chain strategies and initiatives.

  • Risk and Opportunity Management: Actively research and translate external and internal risks and opportunities into KCP transformation strategies.

  • Project Management: Manage program and project milestones to deliver initiatives at pace, proactively raising issues to senior leadership for support and resolution.

  • Cost Transformation: Manage cost transformation KPIs across all KCP brands.

  • Metrics and Accountability: Establish metrics and tracking to drive accountability for key transformation and IMM efforts.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years business experience with 5+ years in leadership positions driving strategic thinking and implementation.

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation projects.

  • Strong understanding of product, process, and supply chain redesign.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, diagnostic skills, and analytical capability.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams.

  • Competent ability to interface, communicate with, and influence multiple functions and leadership levels, up to Executive leadership.
