The COVID Marketing Associate Director will report to the Head of COVID Franchise, Marketing, and will be a key member of the COVID FranchiseCommercial Team who will work closely with other marketing team members responsible for various aspects of the marketing mix. Frequent opportunities are available to closely collaborate with other functions such as Field Sales, Market Research, Medical Affairs, and Analytics.

Job Highlights:

* Assist the Brand Steward in developing and implementing a comprehensive, cross-functional brand plan, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with marketing objectives.

* Uncover customer insights through market research, sales force interactions, customer visits, and key market interaction

* Lead the strategy and execution of critical go to market workstreams including field preparedness, and supply / operations readiness

* Manage development and execution of HCP branded campaign and messaging for personal and non-personal promotion including MLR review

* Lead development of sales force materials

* Manage the launch execution of field teams and implementation plan

* Collaborate with sales training team to develop training materials

* Co-lead the development of strategic integrated marketing brand plans

* Track KPIs measuring impact of Field Execution and HCP Branded Campaign

* Act as main point of contact for the Agency of Record and Analytics/Reporting function

About you

Basic Requirements

* 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical / life sciences industry experience and a minimum of 3 years of in-line brand strategy and tactical marketing experience

* Undergraduate degree in business or related discipline from an accredited college/university

Preferred Requirements

* At least 7 years of in-line brand strategy and tactical marketing experience in pharmaceuticals

* An advanced degree / MBA preferred

* Strong knowledge of Sales Training and Sales force engagement

* Demonstrated experience in working with Regulatory, Legal, and Medical in a solutions -based partnership

* Ability to both think strategically and manage execution details

* Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate, communicate, present, persuade a point of view

This role is based in Bridgewater, NJ with an opportunity to work remotely 2 days (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) per week. Business travel is approximately 25-30%.
