Job Summary: Responsibilities:Assist Project manager to achieve project goals.Responsible for safety, quality & progress management, site coordination & problem solving at site.Involve in tendering and planning process, project technical drawings submission, prepare relevant documents & reports.Coordinate with internal operation teams, suppliers & subcontractors.Prepare Testing & Commissioningand Operational & Maintenance report.Study & analyze the maintenance record of computerized system for maintenance planning.Assist in training, document control, inventory, preventive maintenance planning.Identify and implement and review energy initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical and Engineering disciplines or equivalent.Fresh graduates or less experience would also be considered.Well organized, enthusiastic and with a good sense of responsibility.Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude on problem solving.Strong problem-solving skills and data management skills.Proficient in PC application (.
