This is a 3 month contract opportunity based out of Lake Mary, FL (Onsite).Required Skills:Excel, Entry Level, Escrow, Imaging, Clerical.Additional skills:Closing, Quality Control.Top desired skills : would like candidates with administrative support in a real estate setting (preferred, but not required), a previous escrow assistant background, or someone with administrative support in a high volume/large office.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent.Ability to follow instructions and office procedures.Responsibilities:Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of timeshare escrows, relieving branches of high-volume paperwork.Ensures the imaging process meets quality control standards.The primary role is to scan/image escrow-related documents to ensure history is archived and that vital records are protected, perform wire/ACH and check deposits into escrows, and handle nightly banking deposits.Responsible for the daily retrieval and tracking of overnight packages and mail and disburses accordingly to the teams.Responsible for the monthly accounting reconciliation of certain projects. Maintains office supply orders.Maintains the conference room calendar and schedules, as needed.Ensures office is opened at the beginning of business hours and secured at the end of business hours.Greets and attends to guests. Ensures support for escrow personnel, as needed.Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $20/hour to $20/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.Solugenix will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act and Ordinance.
