As the Associate Event Marketing Manager, you'll be an essential part of our dynamic international marketing team, helping us create, adapt, and implement marketing initiatives for diverse markets around the world. This is a hands-on role where you'll support multi-channel campaigns, conduct market research, and collaborate with teams across regions to ensure cohesive and impactful brand messaging.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesWith guidance, performs standard Industry / Field Marketing Specialist duties, including working with Product, Marketing and other stakeholders to develop industry focused campaign objectives and strategies.Assist in the planning, development, and execution of global marketing events and campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.Designing and creating effective industry/area specific material for release across varied communication channels in print and digital.Evaluating and selecting appropriate delivery channels.Developing industry/area specific messaging that is simple, differentiated, and relevant to the target audience.Learn how DN brands itself in the marketplace.Assist with special projects as assigned.Conduct market research to understand regional differences, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to ensure aligned and effective marketing strategies.Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, offering insights to optimize and improve future initiatives.Support the creation of localized event strategies, marketing materials and digital content for global and local markets.Coordinate and manage timelines for multiple national and international events to ensure timely and successful rollouts.QualificationsRequired QualificationsDiploma or equivalent work experience required.Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Events or Field Marketing.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.Hybrid role located in NC Ohio. Required to be in office 1-2 times a month.Travel: 4-5 times a year to events, shows and functions located in Las Vegas, NV, Orlando, FL, Chicago, IL and New York. Additionally, Europe or Asia 1-2 times a year.Preferred QualificationsExcellent administration and effective organizational skills: Ability to manage vendors, various partners, contracts and timelines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.Highly motivated individual.Problem solving methodology and proven analytical ability.Multi-tasking capability; must be able to coordinate more than one project and various tasks.About UsWhy should you join Diebold Nixdorf?Brightest minds + technology and innovation + business transformation.
