Regulus Group is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support the FAA. The selected candidate will provide expertise in budget formulation and execution of a Program; data analysis; financial management reporting (i.e. manage F&E/Ops and travel spend plans, brief summarized financial reports at Internal Program Reviews (IPRs), Business Management Reviews (BMR) or Program Management Reviews (PMR)); collaborate with management on financial status, address variances/issues/concerns and recommend mitigation, etc. Knowledge of FAA financial systems (PRISM, DELPHI, etc.) in order to prepare and process procurement requests and run financial reports is ideal. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated self-starter who can contribute meaningfully and grow within our organization.Responsibilities
- Perform a wide array of financial management activities in support of government acquisition programs
- Budget formulation, financial analysis, and development of critical financial artifacts such as Project Authorizations/Purchase Requisitions (PAs/PRs), management financial status briefings, blue and white sheets, Resource Planning Documents (RPDs), E-300 and congressional inquiries
- FAA accounting practices and government appropriation process
- Demonstrate competency in development of quality, on-time cost analysis deliverables
- Contribute effectively to working groups as an indispensable team member through oral and written communication and develop cooperative working relationships.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, finance, economics, or related field
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience
- High level of proficiency with MS Excel and other MS Office products. Strong analytical background and good interpersonal skills
- Experience in financial analysis and proficiency in use of financial tools such as PRISM, DELPHI, REGIS, SPIRE, FMS and other FAA financial management tools.
- Must meet eligibility requirements for a US Public Trust security clearance.
