Compensation: $300,000-400,000 all in

We are representing an Associate General Counsel (AGC) opportunity with a publicly traded Real Estate Trust (REIT). This person will sit in NYC on a hybrid schedule and join a small Legal/Compliance team.

The Associate General Counsel will work closely with the Chief Legal Officer and other senior members of the Legal Department on all legal matters handled by the Legal Department, but with the primary role of supporting the Legal Department on Corporate & Securities, Corporate Governance, Contracts & Structured Finance.

Requirements

• Experience with 34 Act filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statements for annual meeting of stockholders and similar filings
• Public Funds experience
• Big Law experience and/or in house experience
