Associate General Counsel
: Job Details :

JCW is currently working on behalf of a hybrid fronting carrier that's looking to add an Associate General Counsel to their legal team. In this role, you'll be reporting directly to the General Counsel and leading a team of 2-3 down the line.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts (reinsurance agreements, TPAs, etc.)
• Managing litigation

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience within insurance/reinsurance with P&C products and contracts
• Fronting carrier experience preferred

**Travel required to the South once a week for the first 6 months, and then quarterly**
