Why We Need you!The Associate HR Data Analyst role provides strategic and technical support of all HR systems to promote efficiency, ease of use and data integrity. This role partners with all functional areas of HR as well as IT and Finance, as needed, to provide innovative solutions. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and make an impact on our team and our organization. What You Will Be Doing

  • Partners with various HR functional teams to establish new reports as needed and optimize existing reports within Workday HCM to ensure efficiency, consistency and accuracy of Human Resources data and processes
  • Responds to requests for reports containing HR data from across and outside of the organization in an accurate and timely manner and uses discretion and understanding of sensitive data to determine when and how it is appropriate to share that data
  • Extract, analyze and present data findings and standard management reporting on regular basis, including people metrics and dashboards utilized for strategic planning and decision-making
  • Support stakeholders and peers in the use of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) systems.
  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation HR system updates, patches and configuration changes. Document process and results.
  • Provide support for HR systems, including researching and resolving issues, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Perform data entry in HR systems and help maintain data integrity by running queries and analyzing data.
To Be Successful In The Role, You Will Have
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent 1-2 years work experience
  • HR background with experience creating custom reports and dashboards
  • Experience with multiple HCM applications a plus
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly collaboration environment.
  • Knowledge of formulas and formatting within MS Excel to build charts, graphs, pivot tables.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret results, and deliver results to non-technical audiences.
  • Meticulous attention to detail; excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivator who does not hesitate to take initiative.
  • Ability and comfort with working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfort with working on long term projects,
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
