This will include operating as a client and Regional Office resource in the onboarding process for clients and payroll providers, developing and maintaining a strong business relationship with various payroll vendors and other departments with whom the payroll integration system will interact, and participating in client and prospect conference calls concerning the process.Responsibilities:
- Assist Regional Offices with onboarding clients onto Payroll Integration including plan document review, coordinating client processing options and elections, securing client agreements, client and vendor enrollments, field mapping and required testing.
- Assist Regional Offices with determining how to best use information collected with the payroll integration service.
- Develop and train Regional Office staff on FIS - Data Validation Web
- Maintain Salesforce cases
- Special Projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, with emphasis on Excel and Access.
- Excellent logic, verbal, and written skills. Self-Starter with ability to multi-task, detail orientated, organized and client focused.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in a business-related field.
- Experience in Payroll related function preferred.
- Experience with FIS Omni, Data Validation Web (DVW), Clover ETL Tool, Salesforce and CRM tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with payroll functions
- FINRA Series 6 License
