Manage deal execution & provide project management for investment banking clients within the Insurance sector.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Economics, or related field, & 3 years of experience in job offered, or as Associate, Analyst, or related position involving financial analysis.Full term of experience must include:Conducting market research & financial analysis for investment banking;Performing financial modeling & business valuation;Development of strategic ideas from various analyses, forecasts, business plans, & research;Supporting the preparation of presentation materials, including pitch materials, management presentations, internal committee materials, Board presentations, & miscellaneous memoranda for use in strategic client dialogue;Demonstrated marketing experience, including marketing the firm's capabilities to clients & investor messaging;Monitoring junior colleagues.1 year of experience must include:Insurance coverage across P&C, Life, Reinsurance, Insurance Brokerage, & InsurTech verticals;Transaction experience leading M&A, Equity, & Debt financings within the Insurance sector;Demonstrated experience providing financial advisory services to Insurance companies;Development & oversight of detailed financial analyses with sophisticated understanding of Insurance specific items (including regulatory risk-based capital, incurred & paid loss triangles, loss reserving, or rating implications);Managing clients through buy-side & sell-side processes within Insurance;Managing deal teams & conducting training on Insurance related topics including industry trends, financial modeling, & transaction processes.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Remote work permitted within commuting distance. Approx 25% domestic travel required for client visits & meetings.
Rate of Pay: $175,000 - $225,000/year
