Job DescriptionIFM Investors (US) LLC seeks Associate, Infrastructure in New York, NY, to prepare and evaluate investment proposals, including IFM Investors Investment Committee papers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Commerce, Economics, Finance or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: performing financial modelling for energy, companies and projects; performing project finance modelling and structuring; modelling and structuring of financing structures to propose financing and investing solutions that fit the investment criteria of the organization; working mezzanine, preferred equity, and convertible debt and structures; performing financial valuation under methodologies including levered and unlevered discounted cashflows, comparable transactions and trading multiples; and utilizing Excel Macros and VBA coding. 20% travel required both internationally/nationally. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. Offered salary is between $105,000 and $240,000 per year. 40 hours per week.
