Eckert Seamans, a national, full-service AmLaw 200 firm, seeks a motivated Associate to join our Labor & Employment team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in employment law, with particular emphasis on workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Litigation experience should include drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions; experience taking and defending depositions and conducting administrative hearings is a plus. Other responsibilities include drafting workplace policies, conducting employee training, and providing day-to-day advice and counsel to employers. Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of labor and employment experience
- Detail-oriented and possess an excellent work ethic
- Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting skills
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pennsylvania bar admission is required
