Position Description:As an Associate Learning Facilitator, you will be an integral part of our Applied Learning team, dedicated to supporting our team members. We are seeking a passionate individual to design and facilitate engaging, instructor-led training sessions that align with our values and culture. If you excel at using compelling presentation styles, fostering collaborative learning environments, and developing feedback mechanisms to assess training effectiveness, we want you on our team. Your role will include creating diverse learning materials, working with subject-matter experts to tailor training solutions to organizational needs, and innovating by integrating new methodologies and technologies. Key Responsibilities:
Design and Facilitate Dynamic Learning Experiences: Craft and conduct engaging instructor-led training sessions tailored to our diverse audience, ensuring alignment with organizational values and culture. Embrace and Promote Company Culture: Utilize compelling presentation styles and facilitation techniques that reflect and reinforce our companys core values and mission. Foster a Collaborative Learning Environment: Create a positive and interactive learning atmosphere by employing effective participant engagement strategies and efficient classroom management techniques. Evaluate and Enhance Training Impact: Develop and refine feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs and implement continuous improvements based on data-driven insights. Create Diverse Learning Materials: Produce a wide range of training content, training support materials, and instructor-led sessions to accommodate different learning approaches and styles. Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with subject-matter experts to pinpoint training needs and devise customized training solutions that address specific organizational challenges. Innovate and Improve: Actively participate in Applied Learning teams efforts to discover and integrate new methodologies and technologies that enhance the learning experience.
Performance Objectives:
Minimum one to two years experience in facilitating training within a corporate setting. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail. A collaborative spirit and a passion for continuous learning and development. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Preferred:Bachelors degree in education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master Trainer Certification from a professional organization.
